Love - Gauge Stick of Life
Yesterday I attended a funeral, the speakers always remember the acts of love and kindness the deceased gave through his life. In the end we are all remembered by how much we gave and received love. Maybe this is the gauge stick for life.
But yet how much of our minds dwell on the negative and stressful things in our lives, and how much are of our minds are ruled by subconscious beliefs about yourselves. How our minds can run away with us.
When you run after your thoughts, you are like a dog chasing a stick; every time a stick is thrown, you run after it. Instead, be like a lion who, rather than chasing after the stick, turns to face the thrower. One only throws a stick at a lion once.
So as we become familiar with our thoughts, behaviour and emotions of our old self, you're retiring that old self. Then we can build a new mind, new thoughts, behaviours and emotions. Then we start to prune synaptic connection in our brains and build new connection. Reconditioning the body to a new mind a new behaviours and emotions.
Keeping up with your regular adjustment helps us to remove stuck patterning in the body, to liberate change and growth in the body and mind, effecting us at all levels. Removing interference in the expression of our full selves, allowing us to be liberated, to step closer to our fullest expression of our true essence. Maybe that is a full expression of love. The gauge stick reading full.
The adjustment creates a force of adaptation with our part of the universal whole - creating more order, less chaos, more love, less fear.
