Realignment of Self
Something from Neil
This week I have noticed lots of shifts happening to people, there seems to be a catalyst for change.
Besides physical symptoms lots of emotions might be coming up right now. Patterns, subconscious beliefs, past traumas. This may be happening because you are releasing and clearing the old to make space for the new. A purging of stuff that no longer in alignment with your being as you merge more fully with your soul.
Challenges are only there to bring you to a higher state of awareness. If your life is being shaken up, use it for a catalyst for growth and realignment. Pain leads to awakening. You are supported by the Universe at all times.
Release resistance whenever you can. Don't force anything, connect to your Wild Heart. Move out of the head and into the body. Be present, be here......with Love

Brain Health
We know maintaining and supporting brain health, means we improve our memory, lift our mood, balance our energy levels and improve our levels of concentration. Seeing Neil is one way to support our cognitive health and another is through the foods we eat.
As you know there are numerous foods that support brain health. I thought about giving you a list of list of many of those foods that would support your mental acuity but decided it might be nice to share a simple recipe that is quick and easy to cook.
It is high in Omega-3, an essential fat like Omega-6 our body needs but does not produce so has to be obtained from the foods we eat. The majority of people do not get a sufficient balance of these fats, particularly Omega-3s which are not only good for our brains, but equally good for our heart, bones and hormones, for starters. The spices included can help reduce inflammation which means it is equally good for our bones, digestion and nervous system amongst other things. The recipe is from The Functional Nutrition Cookbook and is nice to add to your weekly menu. It’s tasty and inexpensive too.
